All orders ship from the USA — no overseas warehouses, no customs delays.

We ship to Australia using USPS Priority Mail International.

⏱️ Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can also track any order from your account page.

📦 What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?
USPS handles the carrier-side journey, and 99% of orders arrive within the windows above. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your delivery window has passed without it arriving:
- Check the tracking link for the latest status
- Contact us at info@oneeighty.online with your order number
- We'll work directly with USPS to locate the package or arrange a replacement
